Refund policy

WE STRONGLY ENCOURAGE YOU TO PURCHASE THE SHIPPING INSURANCE.  This insurance option provided thru ShipInsure is added to your order during checkout.  If you purchase the insurance and your product is damaged or lost in transit, Shipinsure will replace the item at no charge and no hassle.  Again, we STRONGLY encourage you to opt into the shipping insurance.   

OH! SWEET VEGAN! – Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy on eligible items, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Non-Returnable Items Please note that perishable and personal care items cannot be returned, including food products, desserts, seamoss gel, body butters, herbs, and personal care goods. These items are final sale.

For damaged items only, we have a 7-day replacement policy. If your product arrives damaged, broken, or unusable, we will replace it at no charge. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.

We strongly encourage you to purchase Shipping Insurance(ShipInsure) at checkout. If your product is damaged or lost in transit and you have insurance, ShipInsure will replace the item at no charge and no hassle.

Eligible Returns To be eligible for a return on non-food, non-personal care items, your item must be in the same condition you received it — unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exchanges The fastest way to get what you want is to return the eligible item and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union – 14-Day Cooling Off Period If merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. The item must be unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, along with proof of purchase.

Refunds We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
